Lance & Co. Insurance founder Sid Lance probably didn't realize when he opened the doors in 1934 that the company would be a cornerstone of Medina's downtown business and historical district into the next century.
Today, the office stands as a testament to Lance's philosophy of listening to the customer and serving their specific insurance needs.
Lance and Co.'s President Ted M. Kravec believes that if Sid Lance were here today he would be proud of the company's accomplishments. A business philosophy set in place many years ago remains a hallmark of the company today.

In September of 2003, the company merged the Woodruff Sir-Louis Company from Fairlawn into the Medina office which now has 13 employees. Our staff has tenure, stability, and offers professional insight into the insurance field.
